After typing in the command, press ENTER again to send it. All commands start with a / (forward slash). To access the chat box, all you need to do is press ENTER. You can type commands directly in the chat box. Most games have a console box that you type your command into. Starbound does it a little differently. From endless customization options to applying cheat codes, the options are endless once you get the hang of it With game console, you can access great features not available by default. Console Command is a fun tool to play with if you are into a little tweaking.
But there is something about the gameplay that makes you keep coming back to it and thanks to the modding community and many die-hard fans of the game, there is no shortage if awesome new stuff that keeps the game fresh while preserving everything that made the game a classic in the first place.
While the game is great as it is, the experience can sometimes feel repetitive considering it is now over 4 years old at this point. Starbound when originally released in 2016 attracted some major fanfare and is still one of the go-to games for many.
